Our Products

We offer a range of high-precision encoders, compact motors, and open-source tools designed for industrial automation. Our products, including those under our LENZ Encoders and LENZ Motors projects, are renowned for their accuracy, durability, and advanced technology. We also provide open-source resources like the BiSS C master library, FlashTool project, and lenz-flashtool Python library to support seamless integration and customization.

LENZ Encoders: Our LENZ Encoders project delivers non-contact bearingless absolute angle encoders, including the SAB150 (150 mm stator, 21-bit resolution, 3000 rpm max speed) and Ultra-lightweight 34 mm encoder (up to 17-bit resolution, 15,000 rpm max speed). These encoders provide high accuracy, stability, and robustness for applications in robotics, aviation, aerospace, and machine building.

LENZ Motors: Through our LENZ Motors project, we design compact PCB stator motors optimized for efficiency and reliability. These motors are tailored for robotics and automation, providing high performance in compact form factors for seamless integration with our encoder solutions.

Open-Source Tools: We support the industrial automation community with open-source resources, including the BiSS C master library for implementing the BiSS C protocol in encoder communication, the FlashTool project for firmware updates, and the lenz-flashtool Python library for streamlined encoder configuration and programming. Available on GitHub (lenzencoders repositories), these tools enable developers to integrate and customize our products with ease.
